A resident of Solana Beach, California, Marc Lair is an aviation enthusiast who has been certified by the Federal Aviation Administration since 1998 to fly Rotorcraft/Helicopters, single- and multi-engine aircraft, Mr. Lair is an instrument rated pilot with nearly 5,000 hours total flight time. Aside from flying, Marc Lair is an avid cyclist, participating in both road and Mountain biking disciplines, Marc Lair enjoys Skiing, Snowboarding, and Triathlons.
Since 1994 Marc Lair has spent much of his career as president of The Equitable Group in San Diego, in that capacity his responsibilities range from procurement, syndication, investment, Value add, with subsequent Management of the asset(s). Under his leadership Marc Lair has successfully guided the firm through hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions.
Marc Lair cofounded OutCo Labs, one of the few vertically integrated Cannabis operations in the state of California. A San Diego Based Company that Cultivates, Manufactures, Distributes, all things cannabis, additionally Outco and has multiple retail operations. With a major emphasis on becoming a big pharma disrupter Outco focuses its core values on the research and development of medicinal application for children, soldiers suffering with PTSD, sleep aids, topical pain solutions and the many anti-inflammatory benefits from this miracle plant.
Mr. Lair has pursued various business opportunities since earning his high school diploma from Apple Valley High School in 1981.
Since his childhood Mr. Lair has had a keen interest in alternate sources of energy and how to produce it with minimal impact on our planet. He is a big advocate of the Trillion Trees campaign to reforest many areas around the globe in so doing producing more oxygen and reducing carbon monoxide.
